Bank of America Commercial

Recently there's been a Bank of America commercial pushing their mobile app. There's a woman using her iPhone outside of a corporate building, it show's her accounts, how easy it is to use the interface, etc. But the peculiar thing is that there are two actors, a woman that is immediately on the left of the screen at the start and a man, midway through on the right - and their faces are subtly blurred out.

Conjecture about the model releases, concept, and hierarchy arose. My question is why would Bank of America blur the faces of their actors? Could they have been late on paperwork and it would be too expensive to reshoot? Were they exclusively signed to another agency where they were unaware that they weren't allowed to be featured in any other ad campaign? Though ultimately insignificant, it blew my mind and the minds of the people with me. I'll search for video stills and post when I find anything.
